I want to be able to add narrative text inside the text box of the attached ppt slide, keep the text within the view and scroll down if the text exceeds the text box size (view).

How do you sync them up?

    Thanks

I have no idea. I'll watch with interest in case someone else comes up with anything.

Remove the scroll button you don't need it!

Right Click the control Textbox >> Properties

    Set Multi Line=True
    Enterkey Behaviour=True
    Scroll Bars = Vertical

All done just add the text (easiest in show mode)

    John,
Thanks for sharing the insight into Properties. I see that is works (is interactive) in 'Show' mode. Can it be interactive in 'Normal' mode?
