I'm considering getting a cellular modem or tethered cell phone for internet access while on the road in our RV. But before delving into this type of pay for bandwidth program I'd like to monitor my wi-fi usage for a couple of months and see it these plans will break the bank! Does anyone know of a good open source or just free bandwidth monitor that's available for Windows 7?

    Chowur,

Thanks for the links. I tried some of the other items here and they provided much more info than I wanted. One of the items in your search was a windows gadget {Network Meter} and it gives me exactly what I want a running total of my bandwidth usage. Thanks.
