Hi, my Outlook hangs evey now and then. It seems to me to happen only when I forward HTML-formatted mail, and then only after the spell-checker has corrected something, and the mail is supposed to be sent. I can only recover from this by ending Oultook from the Task Manager. My default style is Rich Text, not HTML. (I use OL 2003 SP3 on XP Pro, SP3.) I depend on the spell-checker (English-UK version), as English is my 2nd language, and I also think faster than I can type! Any suggestions (apart from learning to touch-type as my wife so correctly proposed...)?

Dragon Naturally Speaking home edition has been on sale many times this holiday season.

But seriously, one thought would be to run the spell checker manually before sending to see whether that answers the question of whether we really can blame it on the automatic spell check that runs after clicking Send.
