Hit the "Ctrl+Alt+Delete" buttons to bring up taskmanager.
Disable anything related to "Cadian software", "AutoCAD" or "comcil32.dll".
If you have installed any of Cadian's software uninstall it.
While in taskmanager select explorer.exe and choose "end process".
Re-enable explorer by entering taskmanager as above, select the "applications" tab, click on "new task".
Locate explorer.exe from the root directory, usually "C:\Windows".

If you have installed any of Cadian's software uninstall it.

Do your have any Internet Explorer addons?
Do you actually have any of Cadian's software installed?
Ensure the spelling of your error codes are correct.
