I am trying to put in this formula so that when I copy it down the cells where there is a blank will stay blank and not add a 1 to it. Currently I have this formula: =IF(OR(D6,E6)="","",DATEDIF(D6,E6,"d"))+1
What I am trying to say to Excel is that IF either one of the cells is blank, then leave it blank, otherwise complete the other calculation (datedif). I have attached the worksheet example. Please HELP!!!!

    Try this ....
    =IF(OR(ISBLANK(D6),ISBLANK(E6)),"",DATEDIF(D6,E6," d")+1)
