Should I be able to see "System and Security" by going to Start/Control Panel.?
I can only get to it if I type it into the run box. This seems strange to me but perhaps that is how it works in Windows 7
I am on a learning curve from XP!!

Change your control panel's view back to "category"
Everything in System and Security can also be found under "Action Center".
