Rule not working

Hi There,
I'm using Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2007. I had a rule created when previously using Outlook 2007, set up like this;
with "specific words" in the subject (being the word "Test"), reply with a specific template( template is in \appdata\roaming\templates\test received ok.oft). this worked fine, but since upgrading to Outlook 2010 (and later clean installing 2010) this rule errors out with "cannot reply to this message". Any thoughts on what is different in 2010 for this rule not to work?

Have you checked to make sure that Outlook 2010 is still looking the same folder for the template?

Has anything changed server side on Exchange?

Is the rule setup to be a client side rule?

Have you tried enabling logging in Outlook?

I think the rule is a server side rule, so the template would not be found.
