I cannot contact email@example.com, because my ISP client bounced both sent emails.
I'm able to contact them using the on line contact form at Windows Secrets, and received a reply through my email.
Bottom line, I can receive emails from firstname.lastname@example.org, but I cannot send emails to email@example.com
(Yes I have them in my white list using Outlook 2003 and Win7 64)
The reason I need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org, I was notified that I would receive the paid version, but thus far I have not.
Anyone have advise?
