    Archiving in Windows Live Mail 2011

    Hi,
    How can I do an archive of my messages stored in Windows Live Mail 2011? I would like archive all folders by date [yearly]. I want to store these messages on an external hard drive.

    Open WLM, choose drop down upper left corner (see attachment), export, email. I think this will do what you want. You can specify where to store the email, etc.
