Thanks Jerry, still in two minds if I'm going to keep WLM 2011 or restore to WLM 2009 which looks better, easier used and more features.

My first time on WS forum.

Tried the WLM web site but could not find out what is different in each version of WLM. I moved from XP OE to Vista WM for a short time then moved to WLM. I am still using that 2009 version. Like it fine but wonder if anyone can tell me how each new version differs.

Hi Snowman, welcome to the new lounge
I also use WLM 2009 as it has the tabs you need in view, can change stationery and add sounds. In 2011 you can't and tabs needed are hidden.

I used FileHippo and tried the other links in this thread, but although FileHippo for example refers to updated version 15.4.3508 of WLM the download shows version 15.4.3502, which is the version I already have. Can anyone give me a link for version 15.4.3508?

    Thanks,
    Roy

If you go to the FileHippo link in post #1 look beneath the download link for WLM 2011. You should see links to older versions.

i tried to move from WLM 2011 back to 2009 -- i agree, it had more accessible features. but it won't load/install -- i can't apparently wipe out WLM 2011 sufficiently for windows to think it's really gone.

    any tips, friends?

It did for me when I upgraded to version 2010 on Saturday, just using normal remove method with a reboot before installing it.
