Name an IMAP PST in Outlook 2010

If I set up an Outlook account for CWillow@gmail.com, GMail sets up the PST as CWillow@gmail.com.pst. That would be a nuisance, but OK if I could rename the PST.

But it doesn't seem that I can.

I can't do it through the data files tab on account settings, and if I try to (either) set up the PST in front, or search for it as an existing file, Outlook won't let me.

So okay, then how can I control the name of the PST file that Outlook is going to use?

    Regards,
    Chuck Billow

According to Outlook Tip #558 you can move the PST file but you cannot rename it. IMAP accounts are different in that the PST file mirrors the IMAP folder structure and, apparently, doesn't work like a POP file does.
