    Network File Sharing Settings

Hi Loungers, those of you who have been following my other posts on Homegroup Setup, are needed for more advice.
I eventually found it to be my Outpost Firewalls that were the trouble for both HG & NW file sharing.
Now I have my Outpost FW Pro on my laptop & Windows FW on the desktop.
My question is, how should Network be set up, as you see in my image I can access the desktop but why have a connection to connect to my laptop which I'm using now but cannot connect from desktop to laptop. I only have 1 laptop.

Sounds as though the firewall may still be a problem. I don't use Outpost so you may have to look for the settings to allow your network adapter.

Here is a shot of what the settings look like in Zone Alarm.
