One comparison of IE9 RC versus Chrome 10 beta:

One small comparison between IE 9 RC and Chrome 10 beta is the way the tabs are handled. In IE 9 RC you can have the tabs on the same row as the address/search bar or on a separate row. The separate row is below the address bar instead of above the address bar in Chrome 10 beta. I do prefer below the address bar. See attachments for snapshots of these 2 fine browsers:

IE 9 RC: (Right click on the Taskbar and choose Show tabs on a separate row)

    Chrome 10 beta

This seems a minor thing, but the minor things are sometimes what makes the biggest differences.

The fact that you can have the tabs in a separate row is a small great change .
