RDP changes window sizes on host PC

    Hello,

I think this has started happening since I went to a dual LCD setup on my main machine, but I'm not 100% sure. After I've logged in remotely using RDP, when I log back in to the machine machine locally, all of the windows are stretched. In other words, instead of my browser being a large square window, it will be short in length and stretched width-wise.

Is there any way to prevent this from happening? It is an annoyance that requires me to resize all my windows every morning when I login to my desktop.

    Thanks,

    Dan

    Hi Dan

I find if I configure my RDP session to the same display resolution as the host (on the display tab) this does not happen.
It also means the session runs in a window and not full screen. Likely you would also have to not check the "use all my monitors" option on that same tab in your case.
