URL shortcut on desktop with non-default browser

I need to create a shortcut on my Win7 desktop for a often-used URL but my default browser is Firefox and this URL does not run well on FF, so I need the shortcut to launch it in Chrome or IE8. Can't seem to figure out how to do that.

    Can anybody help with that?

    Sprinter,

You can also install the IETab addon for FF then a simple click on the links tab and select Change Rendering Engine and it's IE in FF.
