    Question Problem sending Live Mail

    This just occurred today.

When I try to send a link by email from a webpage I get this strange notice. The message could not be sent. Type an email address for one or more recipients in the To, cc, or Bcc box.
The address were there and I retried 3 times with the same results. I emptied the Sent items, and the Deleted items folder and tried again, no cigar.

I sent myself a message using theTo option, this was sent. I next tried sending that same message by using the Bcc option, this was also sent. I rebooted but that didn't change the error message. Then I tried to send a link from a webpage, that generated the error message.

Has anyone expierienced this strange behaviour? How can I fix it?

That would indicate that the email address is malformed or there is some garbage in the link.

Can you post the webpage address and indicate which link you are trying to send?

Sorry Joe, but I failed to record the website I was on. If it happens again I will make a note of it's location and post back.

It happened again today Joe, this time I have the information you requested.

    http://www.pcworld.com/article/22044...html#tk.hp_ess

I was trying to send a link for the PC World Dream Come True Sweepsteaks. The addresses I entered into the Bcc box were two grouped addresses. After the mail can't be sent message, I entered the addresses for the recepients one by one in the same Bcc box and the mail went. The To box sends mail with no problem.

    There's a problem somewhere but I can't figure where.

Got one for you today, Joe. It happened again while I was trying to send as a link . The website I was trying to send a link from was http://www.msnbc.msn.cm.

The article is titled: Colorado hospital blew whistle on contaminated wipes.

The only way I can avoid the problem is to include an address in the To box. Previously I was addressing emails in only the Bcc box sending 2 grouped addresses. To try and solve the issue I emptied to Sent Mail and Deleted Mail folders, but that didn't help.

What can be done to solve my problem?

Sorry Joe, I just read your reply today. I'm in the process of moving and reading emails was the last thing on my list of things to do. The problem seems to be solved and not because of anything I did. WLM is working like a charm and doing everything I ask it to do, so my post is now solved.
