Outlook 2003 multiple contacts (blank ones)

Transferred computer to my wife. Transferred the PST file from her computer to the new one. Email are all OK just one problem.

When I Click on "New" and then "To" I get a message that says to check Help files and I find nothing. Next I click on OK and get another page that says "Select Names" and shows "Contacts" but no names. When I click on the drop down next to "Contacts" I get three total.

The first and second are empty but the third has the contacts I want to use.
If I could get rid of the first and second I it would bring up the "Contacts" I want to use. I can find no way to delete the two empty "contacts"

I had the same and I went into the View and turned on Navigation Pane. Click Contacts and at top of Contacts view there was the list of three contact lists. Right click on the ones you do not want and there is the option to Delete. I now have the active list only!
