Keystrokes to move a window with dual monitors

    Hi,

I found issue 277 with Windows 7 shortcuts to be helpful. I was wondering if anyone knows of a keyboard shortcut to handle the following.

I have a dual monitor setup. I have a window open in Monitor 1 (either as a window, or maximized). Is there a keystroke that would allow me to move it onto Monitor 2?

    Thx.
