Question Windows Explorer still "jumps" around

I was wondering if there has been any news on the problem with Windows Explorer under Windows 7. It's been a frustration since I first got 7 - I was naively hoping that SP1 would fix it, it didn't. I read a lot about it early on, but no fixes and just wondering if there is any new news. Specifically, when I click on something on the left pane, the pane "jumps" down on the screen, forcing me to move my mouse to click again. Also, I've found the Windows Explorer does not always know it has focus. For instance, I have to click again to get the mouse wheel to allow me to scroll - never had to do this with XP. Any new news?

    Thanks,
    ~Ken

They won't fix it, the W7 team said it was 'by design', iirc.
