Concatenate text including quotation marks - Excel 2007

The following is the result I need:

    ," + ",TEXT(BI_GP_Eq_P_T,"#,##0.00")

    BI_GP_Eq_P_T resides in N176

    The following
    =CONCATENATE("," + ",","TEXT(",N176,",","#,##0.00")"

and various variations do not work. Errors "#Value" and "#Invalid"

    If I put
    ," + ",TEXT(
    and
    "#,##0.00")
in cells T175 and T176 and use:

    =CONCATENATE(T175,N176,T177)

    it works

If push comes to shove, I can use the work around but any help as how to capture " in Concatenate, will be appreciated.

    =","" + "",TEXT("&N176&",""#,##0.00"")"

    or
    =CONCATENATE(","" + "",TEXT(",N176,",""#,##0.00"")")

will work. You need the quotes twice to indicate that they are explicit and not part of the start/end of the phrase.
