Need help with my Laptop backup issue

    Dears,please I need your help
I bought a new laptop (HP Pavilion dv6-3107ee Entertainment
    PC;with Windows7 Home Basic OS).
At the first use HP backing media tool required
    5 DVD's to make a backup&restore media for the system,and
I made it.The HD is partioned to 3 partitions 1_System
    200 MB (NTFS),2_C 297 GB (NTFS) and 3_ HP tools 19 GB
(FAT32).I had to restore my system using these 5 DVD's,
the system was restored perfectly using (minimized image)
option and not (restore to factory setting) option, but I noticed
the HD became partitioned to 1_System 200 MB (NTFS),2_C
297 GB (NTFS) as they were and 3_ HP tools 1oo MB
(FAT32) only instead of 19 GB.Where the rest of these 19
GB's disappeared?. How can I restore these GB's if possible?

The H.D is 320 GB and appears at disk manger as:
    1.System 200 MB
    2.C 297 GB
    3.HP Tools 100 MG
Also I noticed that the used space on (C)partition is 37 GB while it contains only
Windows 7 home basic,Microsoft office 2007 and few programs (Firefox Mozilla,Real Player and Classic Player_Home Cinema)which I think occupy only about 16 or 17 GB,I do not know what the rest 20 GB contain?,and I can not see them.
Once again thank you for your help and time.Be safe,God bless you.

    Hi sinohy,

Regarding the last portion of your post, try SpaceSniffer to take a closer look at that extra 20GB that you have on your C partition. Someone here mentioned it a short while ago (sorry, can't remember who in order to give proper credit ) and it has been most useful to me. I've definitely cleared out 20GB of unnecessary files from my HD that I never would have known about without it, mostly unneeded Adobe Premiere Elements files. Hope this helps, and welcome to The Lounge!
