Windows Secrets ran several articles prior to the advent of Windows 7 reporting very favorably on HFNetChkPro. I haven't seen anything since Windows 7 came on the scene.

It is still a good way to go?

The earlier articles also addressed disabling Windows Genuine Advantage in XP once a subscription to HFNetChkPro was established. Does this beast reside in Windows 7, if so, should it be disabled?
