Talking Looking for recommendations for an FTP client

    64-bit Vista laptop
    64-bit 7 desktop

I'm currently using the free WS_FTP LE, but finding it a bit limiting, but I don't want to spend the $56 for the Pro version, which has some very fancy functionality that I don't need.

2 points about the LE version that bug me:
    1) Lose functionality is inactive for 300 secs. Seems this can't be increased.
    2) Cannot change the default local directory (the left panel).

I need an FTP program just to upload files to my website, and move a file around once in a while.

I used FireFTP (a very nice Firefox add-on), but I don't want to be tied to FF (I much prefer Chrome).

Suggestions? Either free or <= 30 USD ?

I consulted Snapfiles and settled on the free Core FTP LE.
