Win 7 won't hibernate or sleep since sp1

Ever since I installed the sp1 update my computer immediately reawakens if put into either hibernate or sleep modes. Both worked fine prior to the update which I used on a daily basis. This is most frustrating as I usually run quite a few programs continuously and it is a pain to have to shut down every day and environmentally bad to leave my computer running all the time.

Anyone else found this? Any solutions?

Have you checked your Power settings in Control Panel?

Yes, the control panel setting are still the same as far as I can see. The computer will sleep or hibernate but it reawakens immediately. It won't stay asleep.
