I tried to create some reports using the wizard. These reports are based on a query. The query runs fine but when I create the report, it shows me all the availble option (List Box) for a given field (For instance if I had a choice when entering data in the table between Colors red, white and blue, the report will list all three colors). The only way around I have found was to create a table based on the query and then create a report based on the table. It is such a pain I believe the first way should be possible.
Is it just a property / formatting issue ?
