Import a pst file (2000)

Is there a way to import an Outlook pst file into Access? I have heard of a wizard file (wzmapi80.exe) from Microsoft but their site says it can't be found. I have no way of changing the format within outlook because the file is too large to load.
Thanks for any help and thoughts.

If it is too large to load into Outlook, how was it created?

It was created within Outlook 2000, it is now about 985MB. It won't import or load (machine stops responding). I have run scanpst on the file but it hasn't helped. I was hoping to import it into Access and split it into smaller files.
thanks

That was a wizard for Office 97 and it wouldn't work with Office 2000 anyhow. The equivalent wizard for 2000 if acwzlib.mde. See MSKB article ACC2000: Wizard Names and Their Locations [Q208307].
