Upgrade Win 7 64-bit to IE9?

I'm currently running the IE8 32-bit version and the IE8 64-bit version on a Windows Professional 64-bit system. The 32-bit version is for sites that use Adobe Flash. (I can't believe Adobe STILL hasn't released a 64-bit Flash Player!!)

I want to upgrade to IE9. Will I have to install both 32 and 64 bit versions of IE9? Are there any 'gotchas' in doing this?

Just install the 64 Bit version. it includes both 64 Bit and 32 Bit.

Be aware that the 64-bit version of IE9 does not use the latest Javascript engine that the 32-bit version does. Microsoft chose to optimize the 32-bit version as this is the browser that the vast majority of IE users execute. So, you'll not see the same performance improvements in the 64-bit version as the 32-bit version. I expect the 64-bit version to be upgraded over time.
