Looking for email program other than Billy Gates' stuff

I have NEVER got along with Outlook since its' first issue. I now am having Hotmail/Win Live Mail problems and can't get any reasonable support. I have to have an email program that gives support, even if I have to pay for it... prefer web based. Yahoo mail is fine, except they have no way of importing stored emails (eml). I can't wrap my head around GMail's not folders, starred stuff etc. Any suggestions...mush appreciated!!

    Thunderbird.
There is lots of help on the Mozilla forums here and here and, of course, here in the Lounge.
Don't forget to check out the add-ons. If you want/need the calendar features, get the Lightning extension. If opening web links within Thunderbird sounds like it might work for you, try ThunderBrowse.
Many more (732) to choose from here.

    Cheers
    Ken

    Hi seaboyd.

I have been using Incredimail since it changed ownership and rectified some of it privacy policies.
I find it is very good very much like outlook express. Don't use the free version though it is full of annoying adds if you can put up with the adds you might like to preview the free version before spending i think now about $25.00 check there website.
I also have had a good response from there VIP support had a reply in 24 hrs. I am using Incredimail 2

I used Incredimail some years ago and remember about the ads...

If I remember right, it was really good with sending attachments by reducing the size of them...

    Thanks for the reminder Outfrontkid...
