Page Not Found Unique to IE

I have three users of my website that get a page not found error with my website. On two PCs we installed both Chrome and Firefox and both are OK. The problem is unique to IE.

I would appreciate any ideas concerning this problem. The PC’s have XP, Vista, IE7, IE8, and at least two have Norton 360. I’ve tried five different ISPs.

I’ve cleared the browsing history, added the website to the Trusted sites, checked Restricted Sites, there are no Parental Controls and add-ons are disabled. Also I’ve tried various combinations of the Advanced options. On one PC we removed Norton, didn’t help.

The website is http://www.ironoakshoa.org and I even added page blank.html which has only a few lines and no script and it fails on their PCs. About 3,000 other users use this website with no problems.

    What am I missing?

Thanks for the suggestions and I do apologize for the delayed response. I will recheck the cookies etc and make double sure of their status. Please bear with me as I can't reproduce this problem and have to go to a users house to test.
