Favourites - file locations in IE8 and IE9

I am running IE9 under Win 7 and would like to know where the "file" with the "Favorites" listing is kept. I am running IE8 under Win 7 on a laptop and wish both favourites lists to be the same, so I would also like to know if IE8 keeps its "Favorites" list in the same file in the same location, if not, where does it keep this information?

For future reference, is there a web site that keeps this information so that it is readily available to folks like me (ones with short memories - LOL)?

Any insight, information, etc. that anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Ron, go to C:> users> Ron> Favourites.
I IE click File> export> etc. as .csv file.

Thanks Roderunner. Worked like a charm...so now I have all my favourites on my Netbook as well as my desktop.
