Loading my Outlook emails into Access

How do I load my company emails from outlook into an Access Database. I have 8 years of emails that I tend to go back into but I need to save space on the server. My computer runs slow. I have about 20,000 emails and I can't go through them all to delete.
I am able to load the emails but not the attachments. Does anyone know how I can load them?

    Thank you!

    Exporting Outlook to Access

    Hi Corden

I assume that you have purposefully rejected option to export/archive using the inbuilt tools.

Check this for some ideas http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290792

    Cheers

Hi, Looks like this article is describing how to export the contacts into Access. I am looking for how to export my emails from outlook and load them into Access so I can group them, create reports etc. But I also need to be able to load the email attachments that are included. Any ideas?

Did you say you have the emails there already? So you have manage to import them to an Access table?

When you say you want attachments, do you want to store the files in Access, too?

Are connected to an Exchange Server? If so, what version of Exchange?

Be careful about removing company email from a server. That may violate retention policies.
