Permissions to log off other users?

I have 2 Win 7 machines. A desktop running Win7 Home and a newer laptop running Win7 home. On the desktop, I can bring up Task Manager and kill/logoff other users. On the laptop I can't - it says I don't have permission. On both PCs my account is an Administrator account.
So how do I get my account on the laptop with the ability to logoff other users?

This did indeed help. To be able to logoff other users, you must first show all users in the process tab. Who knew?
