In Outlook 2007, if I select the Advanced Toolbar, it will indeed show up, but only for the current running session. If I close out of Outlook and reopen it, the Advanced Toolbar is gone. I re-select it, and there it is - until I close Outlook. This happens consistently and on multiple machines - here's the rub - running Windows 7 only. It happened pre-SP1 and still happens post-SP1. It happens on both 64 bit and 32 bit editions of Windows 7 Pro.

I simply cannot be the only one seeing this, but I cannot find any other mention of it anywhere.

Anyone have any ideas what might be happening here?
