Question Automatically print 20,000 Gmail e-mails?

I need to print out 20,000 emails from gmail. Cannot see a way to do it. So, I tried downloading to outlook and thunderbird but not sure if they all downloaded. Once downloaded what I could, tried to print those but they only downloaded headers or partial emails. So question is, how do I force outlook or tbird to download entire message and if that is successful, how do I automate the printing of the outlook or t-bird messages?

I use Outlook 2007 (previously used 2003) to download all my on-line email accounts, including GMail.

My account setup is as follows:

Account Settings > Change E-mail Account dialog:
    Incoming Mail Server: pop.gmail.com

More Settings... (titled Internet E-mail Settings)
    Advanced tab:
    Incoming server (POP3): 995
CHECK "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)"
Server Timeouts - set to 1 minute
CHECK "Leave a copy of messages on the server"

I'd also suggest setting up a rule to move all incoming messages addressed to you@gmail.com to a special folder.

Thanks. I think it would work well with a new setup but when I try to download the 20,000 it only gets headings so I would have to manually tell outlook to download the whole email 1 by 1. With the scare of Google losing my emails, recently, we need a full backup of the entire emails. Any ideas?

If you are concerned about about backups, consider gmail backup:

It's free and even saves attachments.

MailStore Home Free does a great job of downloading for Gmail, Yahoo etc and storing locally
Download, stre and burn to dvd - save those trees
Plus makes it easier to move/merge messages from Gmail to local e.g. T'bird or Outlook - or back again
    http://www.mailstore.com/en/mailstore-home.aspx
Did I mention it was free
