Problems with toolbars in Firefox.

Does anyone use google toolbar and yahoo toolbar. I do, and have been having some problems. I close out and come into the next time and my apps won't run. Sometimes my apps in the toolbars are missing, sometimes my search bar just mysteriously changes size from when I left it. I have to go into the customize to get some of my apps back. What is going on? No virus or trojan because it happens on every computer I have worked on.
