Rule at Exchange Level for Mail Delivery (Outlook 2K)

I need to seup a rule that will send a copy of any email sent to a contact in a public database, to a public folder on the network. I would like incoming mail to do the same. Am I asking too much?!

    Thank you!

of rules, probably. but event scripting (server side) can handle it if rules can't. Actually, all this is better handled by server side rules and scripts than client side (outlook).

where the the public database? a public folder of contacts? the gal? one contacts or any of the contacts?

for the incoming mail, set the folder as an alternate recipient for the mailbox and send to both the mailbox and folder. It's done on the server.
