    Pasting multiple images doesn't work

    I've got a weird one.

If I select (highlight) multiple images in Firefox or Internet Explorer, then hit CTRL C, then try to paste them into Word or Excel, I get the first image repeated for all the images.

I get the same results if I paste into excel, but not if I paste into a Gmail email.

I have tried clearing the clipboard, it doesn't help.
    Rebooting doesn't help either.

    So to recap:
Copying from IE or Firefox makes no difference
Pasting into Gmail works, but not into Word or Excel

Well that is certainly qualifies as a weird one.

What version of Office are you using? Is it possible you have some Office add-ins running that could be interfering with the paste?

    I'm using 2007.
I just did a reformat, so there isn't much running.

"Person Name" is the only Add-In running.

FYI, I started Word with this:
    winword.exe /a

    It did not help.

    No Add-ins, no temp files.

I've done everything but delete the Data key.
Like I said, I just installed Office, so it's a weird one.

    Still need help!

Does this happen with images from any website, or is there a particular one that you're copying from? Could you post a link to a site - maybe others could test and see if they get same or different results.

I've tried 3totally unrelated sites, and have been able to reproduce the problem exactly.
