    Windows XP SP3

two perhaps easy ones, I used to know the quick keys for closing all open windows at one time. This was not using the windows key it was like Alt C or Ctrl w I have gotten older and can not remember.

    (2) I used to know how to add items to the Send To and now I do not remember

    Would appreciate some help ?

I'm not familiar with a purely keyboard shortcut for closing all open windows simultaneously, but you can hold down the 'CTRL' key while successively clicking each task icon on the taskbar, then (while still holding down the 'CTRL' key) right click the last taskbar icon selected, and choose 'Close Group' from the context menu.

Close All Open Windows In Windows XP!
If you've ever had to do this on a system that had multiple windows open
at the same time, you know how time-consuming it is to manually shut
down each application's window. You can quickly shut down all running
applications at the same time? Here's how to implement this trick:

While pressing the [Ctrl] key, successively click each of the task icons
on the taskbar. Right-click the last task icon, and choose Close Group.

When you select the Close Group command, Windows XP initiates a standard
exit procedure for each open application. If any application has unsaved
information in an open document, the application will prompt you to save
    the document before it closes.
