    Access 2007 insists on VBA6.dll

I am running Access 2007 on Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit). I have a form that has some Not In List code. This used to work just fine. Now I get a File Not Found: VBA6.DLL message when it executes.

    A. I do not have VBA6.DLL anywhere on my PC
    B. I do have VBE6.DLL. It is at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\VBA and it is registered.
    C. In my Tools|References I have
    1. Visual Basic for Applications = C:\Windows\SysWow64\msvbvm60.dll
    2. Microsoft Access 12 Object Library
    3. Visual Basic for Applications Extensibility 5 = the path at B above

Microsoft will not allow me to change or delete line 1. Nor will it allow me to move Line 3 up to precede Line 1.

HELP! What can I do please?

Have you tried a decompile? It often solves inexplicable errors with code, particularly where a database has moved to a new version of Access.

    And a Compact and Repair?

Quick answer is no I hadn't, so I did. Problem solved. Thank you so much. Database also went from 85Mb to 5Mb with the compact. Sweet.
