How to Add Internet Video to PPT presentation

Hi, we'd like to add a link to this video on our PPT:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m30jsZx_Ngs&NR=1

We try to just copy and paste the link above but it won't work. It tells us that the embed code is correct. I have no idea what this means...

    Help!

Have a look at this youtube video which tells you how to do it on Powerpoint 2007.

The basic principle will work for other versions of powerpoint but some details such as turning on the developer tab will vary.

Note that this can only work if your internet connection is live unless you actually download the video and store it to your hard disk. The instructions for that are most likely available as a youtube video too.

From the error it sounds like you have 2010??

If so Open the youtube page, RIGHT click on the video and choose "Copy Embed html" Then go to PowerPoint >> INSERT Video from Web page and paste in the code
