Row Height in Printed Gantt Chart (Version 4.1 for Windows 95)

I'd like to squeeze more rows on a page when I print a Gantt chart as currently there is excessive white space. I've already reduced the text size (using Format | Text Styles) and bar height (using Format | Layout) which has indeed reduced the size of these items. The trouble is there is lots of white space above and below each row.

    TIA

Can you post a screenshot? I find it hard to visualize your situation.

I've attached a zipped up screen shot of the Print Preview screen which illustrates the situation.

If you look at the 1st row 'LAPTOP SECURITY' there is quite a bit of space underneath th text before the line which separates it from the next row. It is that space (and similar above the text) which I'm trying to reduce so that I can fit more rows on a page.

    TIA
