    using excel in VB (VB6)

    Hello all experts

    I am wondering how to use Excel functions in conjunction with VB code. For instance, I want to make
    an EXE file that takes certain data from the user and makes a graph out of it. So how do I make VB graph?
    Also, I want there to be a help file associated with this, so my other question is how do I make a help file, a professional looking one like most real programs have.

    thanks in advance for your responses.

    I haven't personally done this, but as long as you can get the reference to the Excel object you can call any of its functions. Similar to calling Word from Excel or vice versa.
