IE 9 Explorer problem

I downloaded the new IE 9 version to two of my pc's, the disable popup is always on and how do i disable it? Also it is slower than before, how do I fix it? Is there problems with the new version or should I go back to my old IE 8? Thanks

Are you saying that you want the pop up blocker to be turned OFF so you will get ALL of the Pop ups?

If so, have a look at Tools, Pop up Blocker. If want to add a site as a safe site to use pop ups, see Tools, Pop up Blocker, Pop up Blocker Settings.

Sorry for not being specific, the pop up bloker bar comes up on the bottom of the screen everytime I log in,,,is that normal? I want the pop up blocker enabled all the time, just want the bar to be cleared whe nI log in. Thx
