    IE8 Search

In Internet Explorer 8, is there a setting somewhere that keeps search results always available in a separate tab, without needing to click back between tabs so many times?[/

Is Open search results in new tab what you are looking for?

I don’t think that’s it. My problem happens AFTER I see and leave the search results page. This is a one-time setting change (not a keyboard combo). I thought the setting change was in "Internet Options, Advanced tab"; but I cannot find it. The setting change causes a new tab to open when I click on a link from the search results page. Because of that setting change, whenever I want to go back to that search results page, I just click once on the previous tab. So I never lose the search results page because links open in the new tab, and I do not need to keep clicking back.

Do I make any sense? My problem is not with the search results page. My problem happens when I click on a link on the search results page.
