    Random numbers

I have an Excel 03 spreadsheet with 546 rows, each representing a call center phone call. I need to randomly select 25 of these calls for monitoring. I can use =RANDBETWEEN(1,546) and hit F9 25 times, jotting down each number, but I really need the 25 numbers that are generated to appear below the data, so there's an audit trail of randomness. Any suggestions?

Does this do what you need? Col A would be added to an existing dataset.

Yes it does, and it's an interesting use for Vlookup too. Thanks.
