Outlook 2010: Meeting Request Not In Organizer's Calendar

    Hi,

We use Outlook 2010 with Exchange 2003 in my office. I have noticed that when I schedule meeting it appears on all attendees' calendars except mine. I have tried including my email address in the "To" list, but that does not help.

I have looked at the available options and also googled around -- I see that others have had this problem, but no direct solution. Seems like a bug, but if there is an option or some other way to get this to work I would appreciate suggestions.

    Thanks!

Is yours the only PC on which this happens?

Is Exchange up-to-date with service packs and patches?

Is Outlook up-to-date with service pack and patches?

Have you double checked the view of the Calendar just to make sure you haven't excluded the meeting?

    Hi Joe,

Only a few of us are on 2010, some are on 2007, and the rest on 2003. I believe at least one other person experiences this problem as well, but I haven't asked around yet.

I believe Exchange is up to date (for v2003), but need to confirm with the Systems team.

It is the RTM version; I don't think SP1 has been released yet.

I didn't explicitly exclude any calendars from a view, but I checked and don't see how to do that other than by Filtering, which is off for all calendars anyway.
