Excel 2010 Remove both rows of duplicates

How can I remove both duplicate values in a spreadsheet? I see how to use the remove duplicate values in the datatools grouping, but not sure how to remove both of the rows.

You would have to do it manually since technically only 1 of the values is a duplicate.

Manually, you could create an intermediate column with with a countif on the value and then autofilter this columm for numbers >1 and delete all that display
