Without going into the long drawn out details of why, we need everyone to clean up their contacts in the firm, including marking certain ones Private. To make things easier, we thought about setting up a view that shows all the fields the users need to look at and update.

Does anyone know of a way to create a custom view in the contacts of Outlook 2003 and SHARE that view so that other users in the firm can apply it to their contacts as well?
