As I have done for the past several years, I recently reconnected my seasonal services in Maine (Internet, cable TV and Internet phone) with Time Warner Cable. Unlike past years where there was no problem with my email, this year my Outlook is essentially defunct in that I can neither receive or send Outlook mail. I can open Outlook in both the accounts for myself and my wife and can see all the folders/subfolders in both accounts and both report in Tools/E-mail Accounts that everything is set up correctly. Attempting to receive or send in either account simply does not work. Also, the address books for both accounts are also among the missing. For what it is worth, the two email addresses are: gwyoung@maine.rr.com and kbyoung@maine.rr.com. I am sending this post from my NC email.

If anyone can give me some clues as to what might be going on, I would surely appreciate it. Thanks in advance for any help!
