    Paperport 12

I went almost completely paperless in my office by scanning documents and organizing them with a Nuance program called Paperport. Version 11 worked very well until I installed their latest upgrade and it caused various problems, the worst of which was an inability to properly print to my HP 2300D in duplex mode.

Version 12 has this same problem and adds an inability to use Ctrl-C and Ctr-V to copy and paste.

Anyone know of a similar program? I'm tired of Nuance constantly telling me their glitches will be addressed in the next upgrade version (paid, of course) and their tech support being among the worst I've experienced.

I agree, I would change to another scaning program if I was not afraid I would loose all the information in my scanned files.

I have Paper Port 8 and don't use it much any more.

But, I had the numerous scanning problems in Ver. 8 also...

The compleat lack of support is what has kept me from purchasing a program from Nuance
